Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Paris

The Tour Manager / Station Manager will meet you outside the airport. Proceed for dinner and then to the hotel and check-in.

Note: Joining direct passenger / NRI can check-in on your own at the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1500 hrs. Packed dinner will be provided in case of late arrival of flight or if there is a long queue at the immigration.

Day 2: Guided city tour of Paris – Eiffel Tower 

Today you have a choice to join us for Disneyland Park OR Disneyland Studios and enjoy the many rides (all included). (Duration up to 4 hours). OR you can opt for a shopping experience at La Vallee Village with transfers. Next visit the Eiffel Tower (2nd level). Later proceed for a Guided city tour – Alexander Bridge, Arc de Triumph, Concorde Square, Opera House, Invalides, Champs Elysees and much more. Tonight you have a chance to experience the world-famous Lido Show.

Note:

  • Due to stringent security checks at the Eiffel tower it may take up to 2-3 hours in the queue.
  •  Guests not opting for Optional Disneyland or La Vallee shopping village will have to reach the Eiffel Tower on their own.

Day 3: Visit Mini Europe – Orientation Tour of Brussels

Proceed to Brussels, the capital of European Union, visit Mini Europe. Later, enjoy an orientation tour Brussels. Grand Place and the Manneken Pis statue.

Day 4: Cologne Cathedral – Rhine River Cruise

Proceed to Cologne: Visit the Cologne Cathedral. Later, enjoy a scenic cruise on the River Rhine.

Day 5: Orientation tour of Heidelberg – Black Forest – See Rhine falls

Proceed for an orientation tour of Heidelberg. Later, visit the heart of Black Forest, for a demonstration on cuckoo clocks. Drive to Switzerland to view of Rhine Fall at Schaffhausen.

Day 6: Day at Leisure

Today is at leisure OR you can join us on an adventurous ride to visit Jungfraujoch – The Top of Europe. Take a cogwheel train from Lauterbrunnen / Grindelwald Grund to a height of 3,454 metres to Europe’s highest railway station. Visit the Ice Palace and the Sphinx observatory deck to view longest glacier in the Alps. Later, take a photo stop at Interlaken

Note: Passengers not opting for Optional excursion the dinner will be packed and delivered at the hotel when the group arrives.

Day 7: Orientation Tour of Lucerne – Visit Mt. Titlis

Proceed for an orientation tour of Lucerne: Lion Monument, Kapell Brucke with some free time to shop for famous Swiss watches, knives and chocolates. Later proceed to Mt Titlis. Cable car rides including the world’s first rotating cable car, the Rotair – to the top of Mt. Titlis at 3,020 metres. Do not forget to visit the “Cliff Walk” a suspension bridge along the cliff of Mt. Titlis.

Day 8: Fly back home with pleasant memories

Proceed to the airport for your flight back home. Do spare a few minutes to share your feedback with your Tour Manager. Your valued suggestions will be most appreciated. Arrive home with pleasant memories of your European tour, which we are sure you will treasure for a lifetime.

Flight Information:

  • All local taxes and services as of 1st September, 2018.
  • Cost of Visa and Medical Insurance for the duration of the tour.

Baggage Allowance:

  • One check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach.

What your tour price does not include?

  • If you wish to travel in advance i.e, before the published departure date as mentioned in the brochure or like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable (subject to availability of seats for the given dates and ticket validity) which will be advised to you by our sales staff / travel agent. Kindly note, the deviation will be actioned only 30 days prior to departure date.
  • In case your tour is not ending in United Kingdom and you wish to return from London or any other city in the United Kingdom, the UK departure tax will be advised on confirmation of the deviation date.
  • Cost of Basic Travel Quota equivalent to USD 2,50,000.
  • Any increase in the airfare charged by the airline on your air ticket (presently calculated as of 1st September 2018)
  • Taxes as applicable are extra.
  • The tour cost does not include POE charges and passport charges.
  • No porterage included.
  • Any expenses of personal nature such as porterage, laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, minibar, telephone calls, etc.
  • 03 Euros per person, including infants, per day tips for drivers, guides and other service providers.
  • Meals other than that what is mentioned in your itinerary.
  • Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in ‘What your tour price includes’.
  • Cost of Optionals.

Visa, Passport & Insurance

MEDICAL INSURANCE

  • Normal insurance charges for the duration of the tour are included in the tour price. However, any passenger above the age of 60 years and those who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

  • Multiple entry Schengen visa. The costs of Schengen visa are included in your tour price.
  • This cost includes documentation, processing and consulate fees.
  • The Schengen Visa on your tour is valid for travel to Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, and France (In case of any change in the European Community visa policy, additional -charges will be applicable.)

PASSPORT

  • Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure
